Refund policy

Returns 

Our policy lasts 14 business days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the its original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 14 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 
Non-returnable items: 
Gift cards 
Socks / Underwear


To complete your return, we require a receipt / proof of purchase, which can be attached to an email to us

Collection

We will arrange a collection from the address the item was delivered to and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund if your return is accepted and processed. Another copy of your returns form will need to be placed in with the package to identify your returns


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment, and should be received within 10 business days..


If rejected due to reasons stated above (item not being in its original condition, or original packaging), the item will be sent back to you. 


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges so please ensure you are selecting the correct size upon ordering. Contact us if unsure on sizing/fit and we can offer some guidance.
